Strategic Leadership Resiliency Fellows Program: Spring 2026
Each year the Towerscope Leadership Academy, the social impact arm of Towerscope, provides 1-2 opportunities for undersupported leaders to access affordable leadership and professional development opportunities.
This Spring 2026 Strategic Leadership Resiliency Fellowship program is one of those programs. We do not typically make any profit from these programs. The cost covers overhead, materials, and if there is a speaker/trainer, an honorarium to compensate them for their time.

Q&A
Q: What's the time commitment? Our half-day workshops are 5 hours, which includes a half-hour break and an extra optional half-hour at the end for participants who have additional questions or want feedback about managing specific situations.
The Strategic Leadership Resiliency Accelerator is 2 hours per week (learning + group coaching) plus 30 minutes for practice between sessions.
Q: How is this different from other leadership programs? We don't try to "fix" you. We provide tools designed for the complex realities of leading in disrupted industries - organizational trauma, resource constraints, ideological differences, and workplace complexity.
Q: Can my organization pay for this? Yes! Many of our participants get professional development funding. These programs often qualify as both skill-building and retention measures. We provide invoices and documentation.
Q: What if I can't attend the live sessions? All sessions are recorded - the length of access depends on which option you choose. That said, the community and live coaching are key for building connection and sharing different perspectives, so we encourage live participation when possible.
Q: What industries do you serve? Academia/higher education, healthcare, research, tech, and other sectors facing disruption, resource constraints, and complex workplace dynamics.
Q: Is this only for women? It’s women-centered, but we welcome any leader open to that perspective and interested in building bridges, creating connection, and developing authentic, values-based leadership approaches.
Q: Is this for early, mid-, or senior-level career leaders? We often have a range of participants, both in age and role, and those already operating with influence who want to apply it more strategically, as well as those earlier in their leadership journey who benefit from increasing visibility of systems and workplace dynamics. Many feel they haven't had enough support or access to leadership development opportunities. They are seeking a high-caliber learning cohort who can support their journey, serve as peer advisors, and offer additional perspectives to minimize the experience of burnout, isolation, imposterism, and lack of peers in their organization.
Q: What if I work differently or have accessibility needs? All sessions are recorded, materials come in multiple formats, and we can discuss offering additional accommodation and accessibility requirements if you reach out in advance.
Q: Do you provide additional individual coaching? We offer that as a separate stand-alone service.
Q: What happens after the programs end? Lab participants get 60-day replay access. Accelerator participants get 3-month community access and ongoing connection opportunities through our network.
Q: Why is the date for this event set only for April 24? It's an unfortunate quirk of this particular event management system (Lu.ma). Once you register, we will place you into the correct program(s) that you signed up for.
