CHROs Lounge : The Intelligence Shift - AI, Experience & The Human Edge

The Intelligence Shift | A CHROs Lounge AI Workshop

The workplace is changing. AI is no longer just a technology conversation. It is becoming a leadership conversation.

The Intelligence Shift is an exclusive AI workshop and leadership gathering hosted by CHROs Lounge, bringing together CHROs and senior HR leaders for a focused conversation on how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the way we lead, build talent, design work and create the future of organisations.

This is not a typical conference. It is designed as a closed-door, peer-led experience where HR leaders can learn, question, exchange perspectives and explore what the AI era means for the future of Human Resources.
