Bring your brand to a welcoming indoor winter market with local makers, retailers and service businesses. 100+ vendor spaces; 1,000+ visitors expected, not guaranteed.
YOUR BOOTH 10×10-foot space, one 6–8-foot table, two chairs and free parking. Early bird: $199 total, processing included, through October 10 at 11:59pm Central. Standard: $250 + processing from October 11 until October 19 at 8am Central ($257.78 total). Price is set when you apply, not when approved. Linens are not included; electricity, pipe-and-drape and custom decor are extra. Wi-Fi is not guaranteed.

PRODUCT RULES No alcohol, live cooking or onsite food preparation. Food must be pre-packaged and individually wrapped. Samples are subject to venue requirements. Permit, insurance and health-document requirements will be confirmed before participation.
APPLICATION & PAYMENT Apply by October 19, 2026 at 8am Central. Decisions within 1–5 days. Selection considers application order and category balance; applying does not guarantee a spot. No automatic waitlist. Organizers assign placement and share load-in details after approval.
Luma places a temporary payment authorization when you apply. Payment is captured only upon approval. If declined, the authorization is released; bank release timing varies. A hold is not a confirmed booking. Payments collected by Yalla Bites LLC.
CANCELLATIONS Request cancellation at support@yallabites.com by October 15, 2026 at 8am Central for a full release or refund. After that cutoff, approved bookings are nonrefundable for the full booked fee. Applications submitted after the cutoff become nonrefundable immediately upon approval. No-shows receive no refund. Cancelling before approval releases the pending authorization. Transfers require organizer approval.
EVENT DAY Setup: 8–11:45am. Market: noon–6pm. Teardown: 6–8pm. Mainly indoors with terrace seating. Shopper admission is separate; tickets coming soon.
