Elvire Regnier has over 30 years of international experience in procurement in Europe and in the US, including a decade as Chief Procurement Officer in global companies across the FMCG, construction, renewable energy, chemicals, and cosmetics sectors. Following this executive track record, she founded her own boutique consultancy dedicated to procurement strategy, supplier partnerships, and sustainability, and now collaborates as a Senior Advisor to BCG. She has led procurement organizations at Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever, Avril, (renewable energy) and L’Occitane (cospetics), where she pioneered innovative partnership programs focused on resilience, value creation, and ESG performance. At Unilever, she spearheaded the global “Partner to Win” initiative, fostering strategic supplier collaboration to support growth and sustainability goals. At Avril and L’Occitane, she implemented “Win Win Way” and “Partners by Nature,” both recognized for strengthening supply continuity and creating shared value during crises. A recognized thought leader, Elvire contributes to Le Monde, teaches at ESSEC and HEC, and advises the AI scale-up Craft.co. She is also an Ambassador of the UNESCO Chair for a Culture of Economic Peace.
