​Hongbin Li, PhD is the Faculty Co-director of the Stanford Center on China's Economy and Institutions and the author of an Economist Best Book of the Year — The Highest Exam: How the Gaokao Shapes China.

​Ken Wilcox, PhD served as CEO of Silicon Valley Bank, led its joint ventures in China, and is the author of The China Business Conundrum: Ensuring That "Win-Win" Doesn't Mean Western Companies Lose Twice.
