Delivered in partnership with RPC and Silverstone, this event offers exclusive access to one of the world's most iconic motorsport venues, providing a behind the scenes look at how Silverstone is evolving beyond race day into a year-round destination.

On Friday 9th October, a dedicated panel session / Q&A brings together the Silverstone leadership team, RPC, and MEI to explore the commercial, operational, and experiential strategies shaping the venue's future. Combining insight led discussion and thought leadership with a behind the scenes venue tour, this event is designed to showcase both the scale of operations and the opportunities for collaboration across the major events ecosystem.
The morning opens with an introduction from MEI, setting the scene for the discussions to follow. RPC will then provide an overview of its work with key clients, showcasing the range of services it delivers across Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Nutrition. The Silverstone team will share a strategic view of operations following the Formula 1 British Grand Prix, MotoGP and CarFest introducing the new karting track and the vision for a 365 destination.
The session continues with an interactive Q&A, offering open discussion with senior stakeholders and a spotlight on RPC's collaboration with Silverstone Circuits Limited to date. Guests will then have the opportunity to take to the new karting track for a first-hand experience that brings the venue to life.
Attendees will also gain exclusive insights into the operations and future strategy of a world leading motorsport venue, with a clear view of how venues are diversifying to drive year-round commercial value at the Home of British Motorsport.
