The conversation will also look ahead: How can coaches build on previous successes, rise to the next level, and contribute to the regeneration of a sustainable coaching ecosystem?
Ma. Cristina P. “Tina” Sioson, ACC, is President of the Philippines Charter Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, a leadership coach, speaker, and human capital consultant. A former Vice President for Human Resources within a leading telecommunications organization in the Philippines, she brings extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, successor development, organization design, and business transformation. She has coached leaders across organizational levels, from first-line managers to CEOs and board members, helping them translate reflection and insight into meaningful action.
Guided by authenticity, courage, and purpose, Tina’s work connects individual growth with organizational transformation, empowering leaders to strengthen people, shape healthier organizations, and create a positive impact in the communities they serve.
