Join us for Indie Media Revenue Lab. A facilitated session about all things revenue for indie media.
How this session works:
You will bring a revenue topic, question or challenge that you're facing in your business (paid subscriptions, tip jars, events, sponsorships)
We will vote on them to prioritize
Then, we'll discuss and share experiences with related sitatuations
We're not here to give unfounded advice. I encourage everyone who attends these sessions to speak from experience, reference specific resources OR ask questions to get others thinking. Giving random advice that you haven't tested isn't useful.
What this session is NOT about:
General goals discussion
Audience growth (except where it overlaps with revenue)
Productivity or workflow management problems
Editorial or content planning
Anything that's not directly tied to revenue!
I want to keep this session super focused on your revenue plans and projects. All topics must have a connection to your revenue or expenses. For example, "I want to start charging for events. How do I price them?" or "I'm planning to launch sponsorships. How do I start selling them?"
Who should come:
Any indie media maker (you do not need to be full time but you must be making money)
Podcasters
Newsletter writers
Bloggers/writers
Video producers
Substack publishers are not allowed at these sessions per my Substack policy.
