Demo Day Exhibitor Fall '26

​This registration is for individuals and teams interested in exhibiting and showcasing their work at Demo Day.

​This semester’s Demo Day will be our biggest yet, bringing together students, researchers, founders, companies, and project teams from across NIU and the surrounding community.

​The event will take place on November 13 on the lower level of NIU Founders Library, beginning with a guest panel from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, followed by Demo Day from 12:00–2:00 PM. During Demo Day, approved exhibitors will have the opportunity to present projects, prototypes, research, experiments, businesses, and other work while sharing what they have been developing, learning, and exploring.

​Demo Day is designed to give exhibitors an opportunity to share their progress, receive feedback, make new connections, and discover potential opportunities for collaboration. We encourage you to register regardless of the current stage of your work. Whether you are testing an early idea, building a prototype, conducting research, or growing a startup, Demo Day is a chance to put your work in front of others and start meaningful conversations around it.

​Please complete the exhibitor registration in full to request a spot at Demo Day. Once submitted, your registration will be reviewed and you will be notified if your request has been approved.
