🔹Talent Match Sessions

Talent Match Sessions are intentional, interview-style conversations between employers and community partners who are hiring or recruiting talent and pre-identified job-ready talent. Through these one-on-one conversations, selected participants will have an opportunity to showcase their skills, learn more about current opportunities, and position themselves for potential roles.

Even if you are not selected for a Talent Match Session, you’ll leave the event with meaningful connections, a clearer understanding of hiring expectations, and practical preparation to support your next career step.

To help us make the right connections, we ask both early-career talent and community members interested in participating to complete a brief interest form.

FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS

Interested in connecting with early-career talent or participating in a Talent Match Session? Please complete the brief Community Member Interest Form by Tuesday, September 1.

Your responses will help our team understand your interests and identify the strongest talent-to-opportunity matches for the event.
