​Kate Houck, Executive Director of David's Refuge, will lead Session 1: Leadership Foundations and Clear Communication, covering:

• ​Leadership fundamentals and expectations.

• ​Clear, direct communication.

• ​Giving and receiving feedback.

​This is the first of two Leadership and Communication sessions in the Thrive program.
