Conscious Men's Circle
Being a man today is genuinely confusing.
Culture tells you everyone is equal — and in many ways, that's true. But the energetics say something different. You can feel it in the room with your friends, in the silence after an argument, in the moment you hold back because you're not sure if your instinct is right or just outdated. So you say nothing. And neither does anyone else.
Here's what I've noticed: the men who hesitate most are usually the ones who need it most. That hesitation isn't a reason to wait. It's information.
You don't become the man you want to be and then do the work. You do the work, and that's what makes you him.
The modern woman says she doesn't need you. And yet she wants you to lead. But not like that. She wants you to take charge until it feels like control. To make the decision unless it's the wrong one. And when the frustration comes, it lands on you. You know you're not responsible for her emotions, but you still feel it. You want to be strong without being controlling, vulnerable without seeming weak.
You're supposed to have courage. And you do. But underneath it, there's fear... in your career, in your relationships, in the quiet moments when you wonder if you're doing any of this right.
So what does it mean to be a man today?

Mike is a business and life coach who helps driven men reach full spectrum success. After breaking a 16-year relationship pattern and rebuilding from the ground up, he coaches men on integrating ambition with presence, and strength with vulnerability. Sophie is a leadership coach and founder of ORIN, with a decade of experience guiding conscious communities — and she brings something rare to this circle: an honest, grounded woman's perspective on what men are navigating right now.
Capacity is intentionally limited to 12 men. This is not a big event. It's a small, intentional gathering — and that's the point.
