​What the pitch looks like:

• ​5 minutes at the mic. Jaw-droppingly creative and funny. Images, clips, texts, dramatic readings, or whatever else you fancy.

• ​Your friend sits beside you the whole time, blushing, and answers questions from an interested crowd post-pitch. (If that brilliant friend of yours is not in Shanghai, we'll project your video call — they just have to be there one way or another.)

• ​Friendly boos, amazed cheers, and dramatic silence are all allowed.
