The Way Back is the final gathering in this 3-part somatic bodywork series, exploring the chest, shoulders, neck, jaw, and heart.
These areas shape how we carry ourselves, express what we feel, and stay connected to ourselves while moving through life.
Some arrive already aware of the patterns they hold.
Others simply feel that their body has been asking for more attention, even if they do not yet have language for what they are sensing.
This workshop creates space for both.
Through fascia-focused bodywork, breath, gentle movement, sound, and guided awareness, we’ll work with the upper body as part of a whole system — where physical tension, emotion, thought, and energy are connected.
Not by forcing the body to open.
But by creating the conditions for it to soften, listen, and return to what feels true.

About Your Guide
Lisa is trained in Hypnotherapy/RTT, Fascia Therapy, and ongoing Energy Healing Facilitation training. Her approach combines body-based practices, nervous system awareness, breath, sound, and somatic education to help people better understand the relationship between the body, mind, emotions, and the patterns we carry beneath the surface.
