In this first part we will explore the integrated approach to health and healing that is based upon the Yoga philosophy and Yoga psychology, particularly from the Five Points of Yoga for Holistic Health (proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking and meditation), combined with techniques from the Four Paths of Yoga to form a theoretical foundation.

Part-2: Ayurveda, total health and longevity (three classes)

This second part explores Anatomy and Physiology, and Ayurveda and Healing. We examine the disease process alongside the systems and functions of the physical body. You will gain an understanding of common ailments and pathologies; and be introduced to hands-on yoga therapies designed to address specific physical conditions. The principles of Ayurveda are introduced to address the causes of disease.
