Gamers rise and get these gains! For the FOURTH year in a row, Alex and Nico will be mooscling up at our local SF CrossFit during GDC week. As always, people of all fitness levels are welcome.

Select the 7 AM class on March 9th
Hit Crossfit Class (the red one)
Pay for Drop In ($32.5) and make an account if you don't presently have one.
