Across three sessions, you’ll learn how to job search effectively in today’s market, expand your income options beyond a single job, and complete an Opportunity Audit to identify what’s helping or hurting your visibility and traction right now.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your best-fit next moves, and a simple plan to take action without burning out or trying to overhaul your entire life overnight.
These sessions will offer practical advice with zero gaslighting about the challenges of this moment. You’ll learn how to better manage your expectations and what’s working right now: real career strategy for real people navigating real constraints.
1:00-2:00pm Eastern: How to Job Search at the End of the World
A practical session for mission-driven professionals navigating a job market shaped by layoffs, slow hiring, and nonstop uncertainty. You’ll learn how to clarify target roles, manage your time and energy, tailor your resume using our proven strategy, and network in a way that feels human (and actually works). We’ll also cover how to stay resilient when the process gets demoralizing.
2:15-3pm Eastern: Webinar #2: Earning a Livelihood at the End of the World: Generating Income With or Without a Job
If relying on one job outcome feels risky right now, you’re right. This workshop helps you expand your income strategy without spiraling into overwhelm. We’ll cover self-employment, freelance/contract work, fractional roles, and portfolio careers—alongside more traditional and “bridge” options. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your options, 2–3 best-fit next moves, and a simple plan to explore them.
3:15pm-4:00pm Positioned for Possibility at the End of the World: Opportunity Audit
If you’ve been applying, networking, or pitching and getting little traction, this session helps you find the real bottleneck. You’ll audit the key drivers of opportunity: clarity, positioning, career assets (resume/LinkedIn/portfolio), and your outreach pipeline. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s helping or hurting your visibility, 2–3 high-impact improvements to focus on first, and a straightforward two-week action plan to strengthen your “opportunity engine.”
