I’m fine
How many times have you said "I'm fine" because explaining the truth felt like too much?
Sometimes it means I'm tired. Sometimes it means I don't want anyone to worry. Sometimes it means I can handle it. And sometimes it means I don't know how to say what's actually going on.
This circle is for what lives underneath that sentence.
Keep it as small as you like. Half-finished sentences are welcome. It's a chance to be a little more honest about what you're carrying, with yourself first, and with other women if you want to.
We'll slow down with breath, quiet reflection, listening, movement, and rest. From there, we'll look at what you usually keep to yourself, and what it costs to always be the one who handles things. You might leave with a few words to say instead of "I'm fine," for the times you want someone to know the truth.
Each circle takes its shape from the women in it. You're welcome exactly as you are.
