Dominifarm Work Day
Come spend an afternoon at Dominifarm Animal Sanctuary in Kuna! Join Boise Vegan Social for a work day where we’ll pitch in, get a little dusty, and give the sanctuary some extra care. Come ready to lend a hand and enjoy good company while we work. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, and you may also want some clean shoes to wear home, and a bag to put dirty ones into before you get back into your car.
There is a bathroom available in the house. It may be helpful to bring your own face mask for protection (they have some they can provide but it's the same as a cloth COVID mask, so you can save them the expense by bringing one) for cleaning up animal bedding. Bring your own water bottle and possibly a snack, hand sanitizer, tissues, etc.
Important: If it's your first time visiting Dominifarm, please go to this website and complete the Volunteer Application: https://dominifarmsanctuary.com/volunteering We will have printed copies of the Liability Waiver forms onsite so you can fill one out there, no need to print one yourself.
Transportation help can be offered by Jay or Jeff (coming from Boise) or Rebekah (coming from Meridian).
