Spontaneous & Unorganized Drinks, Taipei
This is an informal gathering for friends and anyone who thinks about information services: how they're built, who they serve, and what they're actually for.
Journalists, researchers, product and audience people, policy folks, librarians, teachers, advocates, technologists, funders: if you spend time thinking about how information moves, who gets it, and what happens when it doesn't, you're welcome here.
No agenda. No panels. No sponsors. No reservation. Drinks are self-paid.
The name has a backstory: this started as a workaround at a conference that banned any non-sponsored side events. We declared it a non-event to comply, and have been keeping that spirit going ever since.
After Buenos Aires, Philly, DC and Baltimore, this is the Taipei edition. Hope you're there.
