We’re excited to collaborate with Austin from Strait Coffee Roasters, bringing together Airworks’ globally curated coffees with Strait’s vibrant farmers market community. This tasting is designed to feel relaxed, social, and welcoming. The kind of coffee hangout you can stay at for a while, chat with fellow coffee lovers, and explore cups at your own pace.

Rather than a structured sit down tasting, this experience is open and flowing. You’ll receive 8x small 3oz sample cups of rotating coffees curated by Strait and Airworks. Want to try another? Walk up, we’ll pour more, and talk you through what you’re tasting: origin, process, and what makes each coffee special.
