βRun mindfully and learn to run effortlessly, deepen your connection with yourself, with nature, and with others. This series includes an intro meditation, warm up exercises, followed by a 20 min silent & mindfulness focused run, cool down exercises and a closing meditation.
βThis is a group event and we will run at an easy pace to keep the session light for everyone. Each session will introduce a new practice.

βConscious running is meditation in motion, a practice that invites us to explore the landscape within while moving through the world around us. This series offers three gentle explorations into mindful running.

βSession 1: Inner Awareness | Listening to Your Inner Compass
βTap into your inner world as you run. In this session, we use breath, bodily sensations, and thoughts as anchors for mindful awareness. Learn to listen to your body's internal cues and cultivate deep interoceptive awareness to find a calm and centered balance.
βWhat we'll practice: Interoception, focus on body scan, noticing sensations, feelings, emotions, and thoughts.

βSession 2: Outer Awareness | Running with Open Senses
βShift your attention outward. This session explores how your surroundings, sounds, sights, smells, can become tools for mindfulness. Tune in to the present moment using your senses as guides, building proprioception and environmental awareness.
βWhat we'll practice: Proprioception, focus on spatial awareness, noticing sounds, sights, smells, and environmental cues.
βποΈ Saturday, August 8
βSession 3: Open Awareness | Integrating Inner & Outer Awareness
βBring it all together. In this final session, we blend inner and outer mindfulness techniques for a fully integrated running experience. Move with both ease and intention, practicing what we call Effortless Running with clarity, calm, joy and connection.
βWhat we'll practice: Integration of session 1 & 2, effortless running, open awareness, embodied movement
βπ Route: We will meet in beautiful Tempelhofer Feld. The route starts and ends in the same location.

βParticipation A minimum of 5 people are needed for this event to take place. There are limited spots (15) available for this run.
βTrails, fauna and flora Follow the route. Respect all plants and animals, be polite and do not disturb them. Watch out for papers that may fall out of your pockets. There are a lot of garbage cans along the route.
