Who this is for
This event is for professionals and couples, expats and Germans, who are actively exploring real estate investment or already investing in Germany.
If you’re considering your first purchase, you don’t need to arrive with all the answers. If you already own properties, we’d love to hear your experiences and the questions you’re working through next.
For those preparing to buy, we are particularly looking for people with an individual annual income of €75k+ or household annual income of €120k+, who are researching, searching, or planning to invest in the coming months.
Attendance is free, with space for around 40 guests. Registrations are reviewed to keep the conversations relevant and useful. The event will be in English.
About your speaker
Udey Singh Thakur · CEO & Co-founder, Alpha Minoris
Coming from an IT background, Udey began investing in real estate six years ago. He bought his first investment property in Dresden, Saxony, and learned through his own purchases, from arranging financing to evaluating properties and becoming a landlord.
Since then, he has built a real estate portfolio worth over €1 million and guided friends and their networks through their own purchases. The growth of his real estate cash flow helped him leave his job in 2025 and pursue the space full time.
He’ll share what helped him get started, the mistakes and lessons along the way, and how he reviews an investment property today.
Malaika Sajjad · Financial Advisor, DVAG
Malaika will join us to discuss how to get ready for financing an investment property. Her introduction will help attendees understand how to prepare for this stage of the buying journey.
