Traditional wisdom keepers, community organizers, and healers tell us that our personal work and the healing our culture needs are not separate.
This workshop series grows from a core truth: the forces that separate us from ourselves, each other, and the earth can be healed. And each of us has something essential to offer.
You are invited to participate in one or both of two online workshops that explore this connection through embodied practice. Through Constellations work and Systemic Ritual – approaches that help us access deeper and more subtle layers of the social field – we’ll step beyond thinking about change into experiencing it with body, heart, and mind.
These processes are particularly valuable for cultural healing because they engage ancestral patterns, connecting us to both the wounds and the wisdom embedded in our collective stories. They may offer us a next step: letting our bodies, the collective wisdom in the group, and our reflections guide what wants to emerge.

Meet Your Hosts
Bruce Nayowith, MD, was a practicing physician for over 40 years. He has also explored numerous processes that support individual and collective emergence, including depth psychology, whole-brain education, Focusing, Dynamic Facilitation, Systemic Constellation Work, and various forms of community building, group coherence, and collective trauma integration. Presently, Bruce is developing practices that support aliveness and creative evolution - forms of collective resourcing and “sharing nervous systems” through receptive awareness, interpersonal resonance, and human representation.
Alissa Fleet is a cultural strategist and and systems constellator who guides individuals and groups to uncover the invisible dynamics shaping their lives, work, and lineage. With advanced training in Family and Organizational Systems Constellation, Consciousness Studies, and 25 years in Experience Design, she brings a unique perspective to transformation work that honors both innovative approaches and time-tested wisdom. With personal lineage connections to Cape Cod settlers from the 1600s, she is committed to healing and transformation work that begins as an inside job before achieving wider healing and justice in society.
