Rental Leaders Bootcamp on July 28th in Indianapolis!

​Rental Leaders Bootcamp is an immersive leadership development experience created specifically for current and emerging leaders in the rental industry. The day begins with Peer Executive Groups Lead Facilitator Charlie Petersen, leading participants through the DiSC Agile Behavioral framework, helping attendees better understand their leadership style, communication preferences, and ability to adapt to different personalities and situations. Through discussion and real-world rental scenarios, participants will gain practical tools to improve relationships, communication, and team performance.

​Following a Provided Lunch, Terry Hagy, founder and former President of RentalMax, shares lessons from Gino Wickman's How to Be a Great Boss, focusing on accountability, coaching, delegation, and building a culture where people can succeed. The program concludes with peer roundtable discussions, giving attendees the opportunity to share challenges, exchange ideas, and learn from fellow rental professionals. Participants will leave with greater self-awareness, actionable leadership strategies, and practical tools they can immediately apply within their organizations.
