Speaker Session: The shortest engineering path from ideas to products (Makoto Mizukami - Senior Field Engineer, CircleCI Japan)
How fast can you deliver your idea to market? That is a critical question for startups.
If you want to expedite the development of software products, you must introduce good old guardrails and best practices to allow your team to concentrate on crystallizing your ideas. This does not change even in the AI era.
In this session we walk through the best practices for turning your ideas into code. We also review the latest approaches for software development with LLMs, as discussed at SF Tech Week 2026.
