About Event

Be Part of the Pilot

We’re bringing together a select group of leaders to explore a practical new approach to inclusive leadership.

If you’re leading a team today, you’re likely navigating constant change, new technology, economic pressure, and growing complexity across stakeholders. At the same time, you’re expected to make fast decisions in uncertain conditions while maintaining trust and accountability.

In this pilot session, you’ll explore a new Inclusive Leadership operating framework designed for how leadership actually works in practice. Together, we’ll examine how decisions get made, how work is structured, how authority is used, and what accountability really means when the stakes are high.

Date: April 8, 2026
Time: 1:00 to 2:30 PM ET
Duration: 90 minutes
Format: Interactive remote session
Platform: Zoom

What You’ll Gain

You’ll take part in discussion, reflection, and practical scenarios alongside other experienced leaders.

In this session, you’ll:

  • Get a clearer picture of the forces shaping leadership today

  • Explore how everyday decisions affect trust, credibility, and performance

  • Analyze how decisions and systems shape outcomes

  • Apply the Inclusive Leadership framework to real situations

  • Practice approaches that strengthen collaboration and accountability

Is This Session for You?

This session is for people responsible for guiding teams and making decisions at work. We’re not overly focused on titles, but you’ll get the most value if you’re actively navigating complex decisions and want space to think through leadership challenges with other experienced leaders.

This session likely isn’t the best fit if you’re very early in your career or looking for an introductory leadership session.

Why This Session Matters

Most inclusive leadership models focus on culture or interpersonal behaviour. But inclusive leadership is also about how power shapes lived realities. When practiced well, it strengthens decision quality, improves accountability, and helps teams perform more effectively under pressure.
