Our personal experience after 11 day Intensive Practice with Ido Portal

​Me an Olga Konysheva spent 11 days with Ido Portal at his intensive practice in Berlin.

An Intensive Practice was unlike any event you have attended before.

The days were long, running from morning until evening for 11 consecutive days, with one full rest day in the middle. The work was physical, yes — but no less mentally and emotionally demanding. Through tasks, meditations, scenarios, exercises, readings, problem solving, contemplations, viewings, discussions, exchanges, laughter, and shared meals, the practice engaged the whole body and mind.
