If you’ve been feeling disconnected, stuck in your head, or simply craving a little space to breathe, you're welcome to join our Sunday morning 💛
Rúah is a space to slow down, come back into your body and reconnect with yourself through breath, movement, music and stillness
We'll move through a nourishing Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, supported by cosy blankets and a carefully curated soundtrack - weaving together calming music, gentle beats and a little Irish soul
After the breathwork, you can choose to continue the morning with a 60 minute sauna experience at The Hot Box, giving you time to warm up, unwind and let everything settle
(Five unique saunas including silent sauna and three plunge pools)
No previous breathwork experience is needed, just bring yourself and comfy clothes
💛 Your Morning
10:40am - Arrive
10:45 - 11:35am - 50 minute session
11:35 - 11:45am - Closing & transition
Sauna add on:
11.45am - 12pm - Chance to reset, grab a drink in the café and head to the sauna for check in and getting ready
12:00 - 1:00pm - Sauna experience - stay with the group or do your own thing (silent sauna included)

50-minute breathwork session followed by your sauna experience at The Hot Box
The sauna portion is €20 and goes directly to The Hot Box

The Hot Box is a shared sauna space in Cork city, featuring:
Five unique sauna experiences, including a Silent Sauna
Three plunge pools - cold, tepid and warm

Before booking
Conscious Connected Breathwork isn't suitable for everyone. Please review the contraindications and health screening information before booking and answer the required health questions honestly during registration. Participants must be over 18 years of age.
If you're unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, please seek medical advice before participating.
If you're booking the sauna experience, you'll also need to agree to The Hot Box's terms, conditions and safety guidance.
Cancellation
Rúah's cancellation policy applies to the breathwork session.
Breathwork: cancellations made more than 12 hours before the session are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.
Sauna: the sauna booking has a separate 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your Breathwork + Sauna booking between 12 and 24 hours before the event, your breathwork place may be refunded, but the sauna portion cannot be refunded.
