​Every HR leader has a file of stories so outrageous nobody would believe they’re true. The resignation by LinkedIn post. The lawyer brought along to a performance review. The exec who called the restructure “an exciting journey.” And you can’t tell a single one of them.

​On 21 October, you’ll watch the best ones replayed live.

​Cocktails & Coaching is a strictly private, invite-only event for 35 senior HR leaders. The group picks three scenarios from an anonymised collection of true HR crimes, and the bravest in the room step up to take on the offender - played, hilariously and with no intention of cooperating, by Huckleberry, an AI coach for growth and development.

​Best performance takes the trophy, which travels to the next city with Wellington’s name engraved first.

​Some of the crimes will be real. Some we invented. Nothing leaves the room.
