Kindred Toronto: Potluck Lunch + Trail Walk
Join the Kindred community for a relaxed daytime meetup, hosted by member Christopher. This monthly gathering is designed to help you connect with your local Kindred community, swap travel and hosting stories, share tips, and ask questions about Kindred directly with fellow members. Whether you are a seasoned host, a curious traveler, or somewhere in between, you are welcome here.
Join us for a casual daytime meetup where we can exchange ideas, share hosting experiences, and build meaningful connections within our community.
Itinerary
🕐 1:00 PM – Welcome, Refreshments & Networking
Arrive, grab a drink and some light refreshments, and get to know fellow hosts. We'll enjoy a potluck-style lunch while introducing ourselves, sharing our hosting journeys, discussing challenges and successes, and exchanging ideas for growing our community.
🥾 2:30 PM – Humber River Trail Walk
We'll head out for a relaxed 60-minute walk along the beautiful Humber River Recreational Trail. Enjoy the fresh air, scenic views, and great conversations as we continue connecting in a more casual setting.
🍰 3:30 PM – Dessert & More Conversations
We'll return to the house for desserts, refreshments, and open discussion. It's the perfect chance to continue sharing stories, swap hosting tips, and get to know one another even better.

If weather isn’t walk friendly, we’ll meet and remain at the coffee shop and chat instead. We'll update via Luma messaging accordingly if needed.

✨ Christopher and Beba are Toronto-based Kindred members who have built a warm and welcoming home with their two kids. They love bringing people together, creating meaningful connections, and turning simple gatherings into memorable experiences filled with great conversation and good company.
As a family, they enjoy traveling, discovering new foods, and embracing new adventures. After an unforgettable trip to Vietnam and Thailand—including training Muay Thai at a traditional gym—they're excited to share stories, connect with fellow Kindred members, and welcome guests into their home.
