Inclusive Nature Immersion in the Heart of Amsterdam

​In the heart of the city, amid the bustle of ISPO Expo, take a moment to breathe, connect with nature, and reconnect with your own body.

​EOCA's in-house ecologist will guide you through the nature on our doorstep, leading a "Bioblitz" activity to uncover the biodiversity that normally goes unnoticed, and explore why it's there, how it survives, and why it deserves protecting.

​At the same time, Alice Sainsbury, Somatic Ecologist and founder of Adaptive As Standard, will help you reconnect with yourself, experiencing nature as part of an ecosystem that includes our own bodies too.

​Together, you'll be guided through an immersion into both your internal and external environments, helping you slow down and look beneath the surface, discovering how connection to nature, and to each other, starts from within.

​Upon registering we will ask you to fill out a couple of accessibility questions to ensure we can make the experience as comfortable and inclusive as possible. There is no requirement to share a diagnosis or medical information. We are simply interested in what will help you participate comfortably.
