About Event

Welcome to our longevity community - a series of intimate gatherings in Tallinn for like-minded people who share a passion for longevity, wellness, and biohacking. We meet to learn from inspiring guests, exchange ideas, and build real connections with others walking the same path.

For our next evening, we're honored to host one of Estonia's most thoughtful voices in functional and longevity medicine.

About our guest speaker

Dr. Maibrit Schamardin is a board-certified internal medicine physician and founder of Avalon Health Clinic, with nearly 20 years of experience as a physician. Over the past 8 years, she has focused on functional and preventive medicine, women's health, and longevity. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tartu and the Institute for Functional Medicine in the USA.

She combines science-based knowledge with a body–mind–spirit approach to identify the root causes of health issues rather than merely treat the symptoms. She has furthered her education in longevity medicine at conferences in Harvard, Dubai, and Singapore, and is a member of the international Healthy Longevity Medicine Society. Her main areas of focus include womens health and hormones, perimenopause, gut health and neuroscience.

What we'll explore

An opening conversation from Dr. Schamardin on women's hormonal health across life stages and what every woman (and the men in their lives) should genuinely understand about it.

Topics likely to surface: womens health, perimenopause and menopause, the role of hormones in long-term vitality, when and what to test, and the space between conventional and functional approaches.

The format

This isn't a lecture night. After Dr. Schamardin opens the conversation, we move into structured small-group discussions and real peer exchange - the kind of evening you leave with a few new people you'd actually like to see again, not a stack of business cards 😅

We keep the room intentionally small so every voice has space.

Who this is for

Women curious about their hormones at any life stage. Men who want to understand the women in their lives better. Anyone drawn to longevity, functional medicine, and conversations that go a layer deeper. Beginners and seasoned biohackers equally welcome.

This event is free of charge, but requires host’s approval.
