​Hospitality folks throw the best parties because we are usually the ones working them, so getting everyone together to actually relax, create, and day-drink (even if it's mocktails) is always a good time!

​We’re combining hands-on F&B stations with a casual summer hangout—so grab your swimwear, your sunscreen, and get ready to chill.

• ​Cost: $20 per person (covers all food, mocktail ingredients, and venue access)

• ​Who: Hospitality Industry family only 🥂

​⏱️ The Event Flow

• ​🎈 Arrival & Check-In: Head to check-in right outside the venue entrance when you arrive to get sorted, jump into some quick icebreakers, and head on up to the party.

• ​🔪 The Masterclass: Our guest chef is taking the stage to give a quick, live demo on how to slice and plate raw fish for a restaurant level crudo.

• ​🍽️ The Interactive Crudo Lab: We’ll head up to the pool deck where you’ll be called down two at a time to build your own masterpiece. Choose between 2 varieties of sushi-grade fish and a massive spread to build your perfect flavor profile:

  • ​3 Infused Oils

  • ​3 Bright Acids

• ​🍹 The Custom Mocktail Bar: Once your plate is looking aesthetic, hit the bar to shake up a custom pairing. We're supplying 3 artisanal syrups, 6 fresh juices, 3 premium mixers, and a handful of fresh herbs.

• ​📸 The "Main Character" Content Moment: (Entirely optional, but highly encouraged!) Let us hype you up on camera. Give us your best chef intro: “Hi, my name is __, and this is my salmon and kumquat crudo with lemon-infused olive oil.”

• ​🏓 Pool & Pong: Once you've eaten, it's time to relax. The pool is open, the music is rolling, and the beer pong table will be fired up all afternoon.

​🎒 What to Bring & Share

• ​Pool Essentials: Don't forget to pack your own towel and sunscreen! ☀️

• ​Share the Love (Optional): If you want to bring something to share with the industry crew, it’s highly encouraged! Toss in a bag of your favorite truffle chips, a favorite bottle of wine, or your go-to mezcal. Totally optional, but always welcome. 🍾

​🚗 Logistics & Parking

• ​Where to check in: Look for our station right outside the front entrance of the venue. You'll check in there first before heading inside.

• ​Parking: Street parking is available on the same road, just a bit further up the road.

• ​🚖 Pro-Tip: Because parking is limited and we want everyone to have a stress-free time, ridesharing (Uber/Lyft) or carpooling with industry friends is highly recommended!
