The Search Party #1

​💡 The Search Party is a virtual meetup for designers in and around Stockholm who are looking for their next role.

​❤️ Designers are built for collaboration. There's no reason the job search should be the one thing we do by ourselves.

​One hour, each session:

​🔹 Round the room: what you did, what you're stuck on, what you need

​🔹 What's worked

​🔹 Hot seat: one person gets the group's full attention

​🔹 Leads, intros, resources

​🔹 And some venting (time boxed)

​It's not a support group, though support is part of it. The goal is that everyone leaves with something they didn't arrive with: a lead, an intro, or just the confidence that this is doable.
