Marine Technology Conference 2027
The South-West of England and Wales faces some of the largest tides and biggest waves in the UK, alongside increasing pressures on coastal land and infrastructure.
This one-day event will bring together professionals from across the coastal and marine engineering sector to explore some of the key challenges facing the region, while showcasing research, innovation and potential solutions currently in development.
Hosted at ARC marine’s new Beacon Quay headquarters in Torquay, the event will also include the official opening of ARC’s new hydraulic laboratory and re-purposed wave flume, with attendees able to see the new research and testing facilities in action.
Agenda Highlights
The day will feature presentations and discussions covering marine renewables, coastal resilience, flood risk, wave overtopping and the latest developments in hydraulic research.
