We're hosting our first-ever Valencia meetup on Thursday, July 9th.
Join Alts CEO Stefan von Imhof and CIO Wyatt Cavalier along with a small group of Altea investors visiting Alvaro 16, a 16-unit beachside apartment project in La Malvarrosa, Valencia — one of the deals currently open in our community.
We'll walk the site with the developer, celebrate the cornerstone moment, and spend the afternoon together over a long lunch at a classic Valencia tapas restaurant.
🏗️ The Project: Alvaro 16, La Malvarrosa
La Malvarrosa is Valencia's beachside neighborhood — steps from the Mediterranean, with strong rental demand and a lifestyle most people only dream about.
Alvaro 16 is a 16-unit residential development we're investing in through an SPV. This visit is a chance to see it in person, ask questions directly to the developer, and mark a real milestone in the project with the team behind it.
👤 Your Host for the Day: Guy Kleinboim
Guy Kleinboim is the developer behind Alvaro 16 and the founder of Bonum Consilium. An international real estate attorney and developer based in Haifa, Israel, Guy holds an LL.M. from UC Berkeley and has spent his career structuring cross-border real estate investments across the U.S., Israel, and Europe.
He's the person who made this deal happen — and he'll be with us for the full afternoon.
🍽️ The Afternoon
We'll gather at 2:00pm for the site visit. At 4:00pm, we'll sit down for lunch at Casa Montaña — a famous Valencia tapas restaurant in the heart of the Cabanyal beach area, just steps from the project.
👥 Who Will Be There
This is intentionally small. Roughly 6 to 8 people from the Altea community who are serious about the Spanish real estate market and want to connect in person.
