I hereby release, waive, and discharge Donna Coxon-McCory and The Wiser Me, its officers, volunteers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while participating in or traveling to/from this event.
4. PERSONAL PROPERTY
I acknowledge that Donna Coxon-McCory and The Wiser Me is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event.
5. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
I grant permission for Donna Coxon-McCory and The Wiser Me to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken of me during the event for promotional purposes.
6. HEALTH & SAFETY
I agree to follow all safety protocols and guidelines established for the event. I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate in the event activities.
7. BINDING EFFECT
This waiver shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
