About Event

*Strictly by Invitation only.

Description

Most leadership problems are not knowledge problems. You know what good leadership looks like. The gap opens in the moment: the team member who needed direction and got autonomy instead, the supplier conversation you keep postponing, the meeting where tension rises and the room goes quiet.

This training replaces our September core event. One afternoon, two practitioners, two skills you can use the next morning.

What you'll leave with

  • A read on what a person in front of you needs right now, and how to adjust the way you lead them

  • Working knowledge of the Situational Leadership® Model and where leadership processes quietly break down

  • Awareness of your own default under pressure: do you push, freeze, or avoid

  • A simple structure for raising a difficult issue without damaging the relationship or letting it slide

  • Practice. You will run these conversations in the room, not just hear about them.

Who this is for

Business owners, founders and senior leaders who manage people, partners, clients or suppliers. Especially useful if there's a conversation you've been putting off.

Part 1: How to Elevate Leadership Impact and Sustained Team Engagement with the Situational Leadership® Model
Polly Chan, Managing Director, CLS Asia

The same approach that gets one person moving leaves another stuck. Polly covers what makes a leadership process effective and what quietly undermines it, introduces the Situational Leadership® Model, and connects everyday leadership friction to what's happening in the wider organisation.

Part 2: Navigating Conflict, Turning Difficult Conversations into Constructive Outcomes
Sophie Leung, PCC, The Core Humanity Co

Conflict comes with doing business, whether with partners, clients, employees or suppliers. What separates outcomes is how you respond when the conversation gets hard. This session is interactive: you'll look at what happens when a conversation turns emotionally charged, recognise your own patterns under pressure, and practise addressing disagreement without avoiding the issue, escalating tension, or damaging the relationship.
