With over 15 years of experience as an organization network practitioner, Maya has collaborated with a diverse range of clients in biopharma, agriculture, technology, and non-profit sectors across North America, South America, and Europe. Her work bridges the gap between theory and practice, enabling clients to grasp the value of network analysis and apply it to enhance organizational strategy and collaboration. She's authored the chapter on organization networks in The NTL Handbook of Organization Development and Change (Pfeiffer, 2014) and has contributed network articles to strategy + business and People & Strategy. In this presentation, Maya will share field examples, illustrating how companies have utilized ONA for strategic planning, organizational assessment, and mentoring purposes, while exploring the implications for RnDAO's work.
