​August is always when it sinks in that the year is halfway over and you need to make time for things that matter so...lunch time?

Slow-cooked beef cheek braised in white wine with tagliatelle. Definitely better than tipo pasta, maybe even scarpetta (you tell me)

NO CREAM! Guanciale, pecorino, toasted black pepper, atas store pasta (sorry not handmade)
🐮 CS Sando 🥪 ($26)
Dry-brined ribeye tossed with caramelised onions, topped with seared gouda cheese and chimichurri on toasted brioche bread. Glazed miso butter cabbage served on the side
🌱 "Lithuanian" Matcha 🍵 ($5)
The actual reason countertop began; matcha latte straight from the hands of someone back from Europe looking to rediscover her Singapore roots
🍌 Pei Zhi's Banana Bread 🍞 ($12)
Freshly baked banana bread from across the road, pan-toasted and topped with quality vanilla ice cream, caramel, grounded pistachio powder and pecan nuts made by Pei Zhi with lurveeee
