​A recent report from The Information revealed that partners from Founders Fund and Khosla Ventures have traveled to China to study the country’s AI, robotics, advanced manufacturing, autonomous driving, and supply-chain ecosystems. Founders Fund partners visited technology companies across Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, while Khosla Ventures partners have made similar trips over the past two years.

​APEC 2026 will take place in Shenzhen on November 18–19, with President Donald Trump also expected to visit the city. ​Ian Gunther is a Stanford alumnus, entrepreneur, content creator, and former U.S. national team artistic gymnast. A four-time NCAA team champion and 10-time NCAA All-American at Stanford, Ian also competed at the U.S. Olympic Trials. Beyond athletics, he has built a massive social media presence, with 2M+ YouTube subscribers and billions of views, helping bring gymnastics to a global digital audience. He studied Product Design and Sustainability Science & Practice at Stanford.
