into movement,
into community.

​Expect a Free Flow Ritual through Sauna, Ice bath and a sober Rave with high-vibe music from our DJ Sinja Christin.

Please bring your own towel (& optionally a robe), slippers/flip-flops and ideally a second set of swimwear.
