Course leaders
Regina Sipos
Regina Sipos is a former CEO in the social utility sector. Since 2017, she has devoted herself full-time to board work. She currently serves as chairperson for several companies within digital healthcare, cleantech, AI and sustaintech, and is also a board member of both listed and privately held companies. She believes that effective board work is characterized by proactivity, strong psychological safety in the boardroom, and true team spirit.
Hanna Moisander
Hanna Moisander is an entrepreneur, investor, and board professional. She is CEO and founder of Diverse Executive Boards, founder of the tech agency Hedy Tech, and founder of Maya Invest. With solid experience from chair roles, listed environments, and both national and international board assignments, she is passionate about creating the conditions for successful companies through good, inclusive board governance where the full competence of the board is utilized.
About the course
Course format
You will gain access to digital course material, which you can complete at your own pace. Access is granted no later than two weeks before the classroom sessions.
You will then participate in the two in-person course days you have registered for. These days focus on practical application as well as a board simulation exercise.
To receive certification, you must pass two examinations:
a practical board simulation (in person), and
a final theoretical test (digital).
