About Event

As we navigate longer working lives, rapid technological change and an increasingly uncertain future of work, many professionals find themselves asking: What’s next?

Drawing from Stanford University’s globally recognised Designing Your Life methodology by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, this event features Mark Wee and Ng Choon Jin from Designing Your Life Institute in Singapore. They will share practical tools and mindsets to help navigate career transitions, explore new possibilities, and design a meaningful next chapter.

Through selected Designing Your Life exercises, participants will gain practical frameworks they can immediately apply to future career and life decisions.

This evening is for you if you’re:

  • between roles

  • questioning your next career or life chapter

  • navigating a transition in work, identity, or purpose

  • curious about the future of work and what it means for you

  • or simply looking for a more thoughtful way to design what comes next

Join us for an honest, practical, and hopeful evening of conversation, reflection, and connection.

This event is part of the ongoing Rafflesians in Between series of events, a community for Rafflesians navigating career and life transitions with the goal of making the “in between” less lonely and a lot more hopeful. Non-Rafflesian alumni and friends are very welcome, but priority entry will be given to Rafflesians.
