SESSION 1 of 3 — Inclusive Leadership: Keeping international talent engaged
Inclusive leadership is built in small ordinary moments: the 1:1s, feedback conversations, team meetings. This session gives you practices for those moments.
What you'll learn:
How to spot and intercept the saboteur patterns (e.g. Hyper-Rational, Avoider, Judge) that unintentionally push international professionals away or make them feel invisible
Roleplay of real situations, e.g. where the same feedback or expectation lands differently on someone still learning to read the workplace — so you practise a more compassionate response before you need it
Simple micro-practices to stay calm, clear-headed and inclusive during 1:1s, feedback conversations and team meetings
How to build trust and psychological safety so international professionals feel seen, heard and able to contribute fully
You'll leave with two or three micro-practices you can use immediately, and a deeper awareness of your own patterns. Plus, a one-page checklist of the saboteur patterns with the micro-practice that counters each — yours to share with your team.
