Rock the Machine
Rock the Machine
A Holiday Party the Algorithm couldn't predict
Join celebrity artists in an evening of classic rock and resistance. As big tech pillages content and rights, a few are standing up.
The venue is the legendary Sound City Studio in Los Angeles birthplace of many famous albums and immortalized in the Dave Grohl documentary.
The evening starts in the intimate setting of the green screen sound stage with the virtuoso backing band including:
Scott Page, saxophonist for Pink Floyd and Toto
Stephen Perkins, drummer for Jane's Addiction
Norwood Fisher, bass for Fishbone
Derek Day, vocals for Motley Crew
Then the MC, Ted Cohen, former President of EMI Records, moderates a panel on the need to 'rock the machine' that has gone off the rails and to nudge it back onto the right course.
We cap the evening off when the surprise headliner joins the band to:
crank out your favorites,
amplify the holiday season, and
highlight the cause of artist rights.
Who could it be? Can you guess? There's only one way to find out.
Come join us and make your voice heard.
Enjoy the rare VIP experience with food truck, hosted bar, and off street parking.
