The Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (England ) Regulations 2010: getting rights right. Two-part course

​This new course has been designed to increase professional awareness and confidence in using The Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (England) Regulations 2010 in independent children and young people’s advocacy. We want to make sure that advocates and children’s rights officers can use this vitally important legislation to effectively promote and protect the rights of children and young people.

​We strongly recommend that you complete our free ‘What’s law got to do with it?’ training before attending this course.

​Please note this is a two-part course and attendees must participate in both half days:

• ​Part 1: Monday 29th June 10am-1pm

• ​Part 2: Tuesday 30th June 10am-1pm
