​Consider the following questions as part of an end of year reflection. Your answers will help inform our discussion. Write down your answers and bring them to our dinner.

• ​What did I produce this year that will still matter in five years?

• ​Does my time allocation reflect what I say I care about?

• ​What distracted me from my most important work?

• ​What is the single biggest change I could make to my schedule that would improve the quality of my work?

• ​What am I going to stop doing in 2026?

• ​What is the most important thing I want to accomplish in my professional life in 2026?

​This will be a generative, collaborative session where you can directly influence the direction and shape of the Rosedale Society moving forward.
