be HEARD. Witness Reserve. Be on standby for a world record
We're attempting to break the Longest Interviewing Marathon, 59 founders interviewed back to back for 59 hours straight, live from Films at 59 in Bristol, 11-13 September. And a world record doesn't count unless independent witnesses are watching.
Our witness shifts are filling, but 59 hours is a long time: plans change, life happens, and every shift must have two witnesses in the room or the record fails. That's where the reserve comes in.
Join this list and we'll call on you if a shift opens up, either in the weeks before the event or on the weekend itself. You might not be needed at all. But if you are, you'll get the best seat in the house: a 4-hour shift on the studio sofa watching a record attempt happen a few metres away, keeping the official log with a co-witness, and a certificate with your name on it if we break the record.
Witnesses must be 18+ and independent: not related to the organisers or any of the 59 speakers, and not part of Talk Club or Films at 59.
No commitment by joining. Just be reachable, and be ready to say yes.
Every interview opens: How are you? Out of 10?
